Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using DHL or Purolator. 

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Items ordered and paid for generally ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Items are made in small batches so if an item is backordered, it may take a little longer to ship. If this is the case, you will be notified by email. Once your items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details. 

Once an item leaves our facilities, shipping time frames are out of our control, but to get your order into your hands (and on you) as soon as possible, we ship via courier. If you have any shipping concerns, please contact us at

International orders may incur customs or import duties. Please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, customs delays are out of our hands so be aware that your order may take a littler longer than expected when crossed borders. 

CAD $10 flat rate in Canada and US

CAD $20 on orders outside of Canada and US

If you're local, choose pick up at checkout and we can arrange delivery. 

Returns & Order Issues

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

We will gladly replace any damaged items within 72 hours of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be granted following this period after delivery. 

We want you to love your purchase, so under certain circumstances, we may offer a store credit or replacement. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us.
